Our Middle School / Youth Acceleration program develops younger athletes (9+ years) by teaching them the fundamentals of movement and training. We emphasize healthy movement skills, strength, balance, and proprioception while prioritizing joint health and safety. The result is confident young athletes who are set up for success as they grow.
