Scheduling

How booking works

What to expect when you book.

We recently moved to Stride, our new scheduling and billing system. Here's what to expect when you book, change or keep track of an appointment.

Reserving an appointment

Book online through our scheduling link, or give our office a call. Either way, we'll get you on the calendar with the right provider.

Appointment approval

When you book online, your request comes through for our approval. If we can't confirm your requested time, we'll reach out right away to explain why and offer an alternative that works.

Booking notifications

Book online and you'll get a notification once your appointment is approved. If our team books you by phone or in person, a confirmation email isn't sent automatically. Please add the appointment to your own calendar before you hang up or head out.

Viewing your upcoming appointments

You can't view your full schedule online yet. We send reminders 72 hours and 24 hours before each visit. If you lose track of an appointment, call or email our office and we'll send you a complete list of your scheduled sessions.

Rescheduling and canceling. Plans change. To reschedule or cancel, call, email or text our office. Online cancellation isn't available yet. Because we hold your appointment time for you, cancellations made within 24 hours of your visit are subject to a late cancellation fee.
