Taylor is in network with most of the following plans: – Aetna – Regence/BCBS (most plans) – First Choice – MODA (Connexus, Synergy and Affinity groups) – Medicare
She is not currently accepting new patients for: – Care Oregon – United Healthcare/Optum Physical Health.
Taylor takes a pragmatic approach to sports injury rehabilitation, centering her work on close collaboration with each patient to address their unique needs and goals—while maximizing their ability to stay active in their sport. She uses objective tests and measures to individualize and optimize exercise prescription at every stage of the rehab process. Taylor is a board-certified clinical specialist in sports physical therapy and an NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS).
Originally from Maryland, Taylor grew up playing soccer and basketball and now spends her time rock climbing (sport and trad), snowboarding, and splitboarding. Having personally experienced how injury can challenge an athlete’s identity, she is intentional about guiding patients through both the physical and mental aspects of rehabilitation.
Practicing since 2020—and with prior experience as a strength coach and personal trainer—Taylor has worked with athletes across a wide range of sports and levels: from NFL players and masters triathletes to middle school athletes, weightlifters, and mountain athletes. In summer 2023, she served as the physical therapist for professional circus artists and dancers aboard a cruise ship in Greece.
Taylor has a special interest in overuse injury management and return-to-sport rehab following shoulder surgery, Achilles tendon repair, and ACL reconstruction. She co-authored an ACL rehabilitation protocol, contributing the section on returning to plyometrics and integrating cognitive tasks with motor skills. Her expertise in exercise prescription in physical therapy has led to presentations at the American Physical Therapy Association’s national conference, webinars, and guest lectures for Doctor of Physical Therapy programs.
Outside of the clinic, Taylor enjoys adventures with her dog Huck, game nights with friends, and keeps saying she’ll soon revisit her roots as a classical violinist.
Evan is in network with most Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, Cigna, and Medicare. All other insurance companies are considered out of network.
Evan’s home is Vancouver WA, having moved here from southern Ohio in 2017. After attending Ohio Northern University to receive his Bachelors in Exercise Physiology he continued his DPT education at the University of Dayton. Shortly after time in Bangalore, India volunteering in multiple medical locations he moved to Colorado for a short while before settling in the PNW and honing his skills as a coach, DPT and endurance sports enthusiast.
Evan grew up around endurance sports, his mother completing multiple ultra marathons and Ironmans along with a love for cycling and racing fostered by his father’s passion for the history of the Tour de France.
After one year of soccer at Ohio Northern he shifted gears to focus on the sport of triathlon. Racing grew into the drive to coach and now after multiple years of racing professional triathlon on the Ironman North American circuit he has finally found a way to blend his life long love for triathlon into his career as well.
Evan specializes in multiple sports injuries including all lower extremity endurance sports related issues and post-op ACL from surgery table back to the field. As a swimmer he also enjoys treating overhead athletes including throwers and high level or beginner aquatic athletes. Coaching and endurance sports consultations are also services that he provides at this time.
Zach is in network with most Blue Cross Blue Shield plans, Aetna, Cigna and Medicare. All other insurance companies are considered out of network.
Zach Shaver is a physical therapist specializing in orthopedic and sports injuries across a wide range of athletes — from youth competitors to high-level performers. He has a particular interest in working with climbers and overhead athletes, as well as field and court sport athletes including soccer, basketball, hockey, and baseball.
Originally from Las Vegas, Zach grew up playing baseball and developed an early passion for rock climbing. He earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from UNLV in 2019 before completing a Sports Physical Therapy Residency at Providence Sports Care Center. During his residency, he worked directly with the Portland Thorns (NWSL) as part of their sports medicine and performance team and provided clinical coverage for Division III athletes at Pacific University. Working alongside physicians, athletic trainers, and strength coaches in high-performance environments continues to shape how he approaches patient care at every level.
For Zach, rehab and performance exist on the same spectrum. His goal is to help athletes not only recover from injury but return stronger, more resilient, and better prepared for the demands of their sport. He emphasizes individualized care, progressive loading, and close collaboration with each patient to maximize participation and training while building toward long-term solutions. He incorporates tools like force plates and dynamometer testing to guide return-to-sport decisions — so you know exactly where you stand and what it will take to get back to competing with confidence. While he enjoys working with high-level athletes, Zach is equally passionate about helping youth athletes and active individuals build a strong foundation for long-term health and performance.
Outside the clinic, Zach is an avid climber and can be found spending time outdoors with his wife Michelle and two kids Easton and Jace, on the diamond helping coach his sons in baseball, or consuming copious amounts of coffee at a local shop.
